Ekely's Terms of Sale
The terms of sale apply to sales through the Ekely webshop on ekely.dk.
We strive to provide the correct product information on Ekely.dk. More information or questions about the product can be sent to email@example.com. Ekely is not responsible for slight colorvartions in the photographs. The works are bought as seen.
The price of the products will be the price quoted at the date the order is received. Ekely reserves the rights to reject orders based on wrong pricing.
All prices are quoted in DKK and are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added to the price of the order on confirmation of the shipping address and prior to you making payment. Changes to prices can occur.
All prices on the webshop have one of the following VAT types.
You can order products online 24 hours a day. We process orders between 9-17 from monday to friday. Orders created outside these hours will be processed the next working day.
When you create a new order, we will send you an automatic order receipt on your email. This order receipt does not constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ekely.
You are responsible for entering correct order details, as we will not validate and control these.
The legally binding sales agreement between you and Ekely is effective from the moment where we send you the order confirmation on email. This includes the invoice for your purchase.
All products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the products you have ordered are not available, Ekely will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you for any sum that has been reserved by you or debited from your credit card for the goods and their delivery to you.
Upon order creation, Ekely will reserve the full order amount on your credit card for up to 7 days. When we confirm your order, the reserved amount will be charged.
Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by debit or credit card. Ekely accepts (presently being Visa/Visa Electron/VPay, MasterCard/Maestro, Discover and American Express).
We use Stripe.com as our payment provider. Read more about stripe here.
International customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
If we are unable to meet your order, we will inform you and reject your order. This will lift the reservation of the order on your card.
Ekely dispatches orders with Postnord. All packages are insured up to 4.800 DKK and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
Ekely accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU.
These delivery times are only estimated as a guide. Shipping costs vary from country to country. The shipping prices are added to the order total when you proceed to check out. The goods you order will be delivered to the shipping address you give when you place your order, subject to confirmation of acceptance of your order by Ekely.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of the goods, you will be asked to re-arrange delivery for an alternative date or to collect the goods from a specified place.
If you choose to pick up your order from the Ekely Store, this can be done within the Ekely store’s opening hours, tuesday to saturday from 11:00-17:00. Opening Hours may under some circumstances change, please check the website for the current opening hours.
When your order is available for store pickup, you’ll receive an email notification.
Please pick up your order within 7 days from the receival of the Store Pickup notification.
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused.
You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
We only refund payments through the same payment method you used.
We can retain the refund until we have received the returned products.
All original packaging must be intact. Returns which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to:

If your order contains more than one product, then you can return one or more, even though they have been bought on the same order.
